Around 5 years ago. I realised life was passing me by so quickly and I was just in for the ride feeling exhausted, stressed, and anxious. I had shut out all my childhood trauma from growing up in an addiction household and I just felt totally disconnected from my mind and body. This all resulted in me not really looking after myself properly and ultimately not liking who I was. I needed a change.
